Legacy Donor Spotlight
Leslie Fogel chose to leave a legacy gift to AdoptAClassroom.org. She was an artist and English as a second language teacher for adults in Chicago. Her loved ones describe her as someone who was always looking out for the underdog. Much of her pastel work and painting reflected her interest in ecology and conservation. In her late life, she dedicated herself to working with preschoolers at a Montessori school.
Leslie’s rich life reflects a passion for helping those in need, especially students. She believed that supporting an education non-profit with a legacy gift would make a lasting difference and mirror her work in life. We are honored that Leslie chose to support students with AdoptAClassroom.org and believe our work is a continuation of the values with which she lived.
