Teachers deserve better supplies, better support, and better treatment. This Teacher Appreciation Week, we’re honoring teachers with a $3,000 classroom giveaway so they can purchase the school supplies they need.
We’re randomly selecting 10 PreK-12 teachers registered on AdoptAClassroom.org to receive a $300 classroom donation. To be eligible to enter for a chance to receive a $300 donation, teachers must update their classroom page with the hashtag #TeachersDeserveBetter by May 8.

#TeachersDeserveBetter: How to Enter for a $300 Classroom Donation
To enter for the chance to receive a $300 classroom donation, create or update your AdoptAClassroom.org classroom page by May 8, 2022.
Don’t have a classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org? Register on AdoptAClassroom.org and create a classroom page to be eligible to receive donations.
Step 1: Add “#TeachersDeserveBetter” to Your Classroom Page
When you login, click “edit classroom page.” Next, add the hashtag “#TeachersDeserveBetter” in the “Why We Need Your Help,” ”About My Classroom,” or “What We Need” section of your classroom page so we know you applied for this donation.
Step 2: Update or Create Your Classroom Page
Update the “Why We Need Your Help,” ”About My Classroom,” and “What We Need” section of your AdoptAClassroom.org classroom page so that it reflects what your classroom currently needs.

Step 3: Set Your Classroom Page to Public
To enter our #TeachersDeserveBetter Giveaway, you must check the “Make My Page Public” box of your classroom page if it is not already public.
On AdoptAClassroom.org, you have the option to make your classroom page private if you’re not going to ask for donations from the public. If you have a private page you can still apply for our grants and spend donations you receive from our sponsors. However, your page must be public to be eligible for this donation.
The benefit of having a public classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org is that our donors can see your page and make a donation. It’s especially beneficial to you to have a public page during Teacher Appreciation Week as we’re matching donations that donors make to your classroom page.

Giveaway Rules
HOW TO ENTER:
Create or update your public classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org, tell your teaching story in the “Your Teaching Story” section of your classroom page, and include the hashtag “#TeachersDeserveBetter” in the “Why We Need Your Help,” “About My Classroom” or “What We Need” section of your classroom page. Limit one entry per teacher.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the #TeachersDeserveBetter Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins on (4/15/2022) at 12 AM CT and ends on (5/8/2022) at 11:59 PM CT. Entries received before the start time or after the end time will not be considered.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be a PreK-12 teacher at an accredited PreK-12 public, private, or charter school and legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about 5/15/2022 from all eligible entries received to select 10 Potential Winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential Winners do not need to be present at the time of the Drawing to accept the Prize.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS:
AdoptAClassroom.org will notify Potential Winners by emailing them at the email address they used to register with on AdoptAClassroom.org. If a Potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, AdoptAClassroom.org will select an alternate Potential Winner based on a random drawing among all remaining eligible entries received. A Potential Winner is not a verified winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed.
PRIZES:
We will randomly select 10 Prize winners who will each be awarded one $300 donation to their AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page. The Prize consists of only the items listed and AdoptAClassroom.org shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, or taxes arising out of or in connection with Winner’s use of Prize. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution, assignment, or refund of a prize is permitted, except by AdoptAClassroom.org, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value, if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by AdoptAClassroom.org in its sole discretion. Limit one Prize per person.
