Giveaway Rules
HOW TO ENTER:
Educators must have an active classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org by December 31, 2023, to be eligible for this giveaway. Classroom pages must also be in compliance with the organization’s Terms of Use to be eligible for the Giveaway. Teachers must not have received more than $500 in total donations to their classroom page from July 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023, to be eligible to win. Educators who have had $50 or more of AdoptAClassroom.org funds expire from their account due to a failure to spend funds prior to the 12-month expiration date of donations may be deemed ineligible.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the Holiday Flash Fund Giveaway constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins on (11/3/2023) at midnight ET and ends on (12/31/2023) at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries received before the start time or after the end time will not be considered.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be a PreK-12 teacher at an accredited PreK-12 public, private or charter school and a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Teachers must be registered with AdoptAClassroom.org and in compliance of the organization’s website Terms of Use with an active classroom page.
WINNER SELECTION:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about 1/15/2024 from all eligible classroom page entries received to select 50 Potential Winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential Winners do not need to be present at the time of the Drawing to accept the Prize.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS:
AdoptAClassroom.org will notify Potential Winners of our classroom page giveaway by emailing them at the email address they used to register with AdoptAClassroom.org. If a Potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, AdoptAClassroom.org will select an alternate Potential Winner based on a random drawing among all remaining eligible entries received. A Potential Winner is not a verified winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed.
PRIZES:
AdoptAClassroom.org will randomly select 50 Prize winners who will each be awarded one $100 donation to their AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page.
The Prize consists of only the items listed and AdoptAClassroom.org shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, or taxes arising out of or in connection with Winner’s use of Prize. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution, assignment or refund of a prize is permitted, except by AdoptAClassroom.org, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value, if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by AdoptAClassroom.org in its sole discretion. Limit one Prize per person.
