With a variety of vendor options to choose from, and each offering their own unique shipping rates, we wrote this guide to ensure you get the most out of your donations.

Bundle to Save
You might notice select vendors offer free shipping rates after meeting a certain subtotal. For example, School Specialty offers free shipping for orders over $50. Bundle bigger orders with these vendors to save big on shipping.
Other vendors have a minimum shipping charge, so try to add just enough item through these vendors to take advantage of these minimums. For example, ordering $70 from Really Good Stuff will have the same shipping charge as ordering $10.
Use Your Funds to Your Advantage
The amount of money you have to spend can help you decide which vendors work best.
Did you receive a $500 donation? Focus on vendors that have reduced shipping rates the more you spend.
Working with a $25 donation? Seek out vendors with free shipping or percentage based shipping.
